Quarterly Patio Picnic: Whole-Roasted Pig Tuesday, May 22nd

Our ever-popular quarterly patio picnic series is back for 2018! Join us in The Castro on Tuesday, May 22, on our covered, outdoor patio. Feast on the star of the evening: porchetta-spiced Devils Gulch Roasted piglet from Marin-based Devil’s Gulch Ranch.  Full menu includes:
  • whole-roasted Devils Gulch Ranch pig & salsa verde
  • grilled asparagus, olives & ricotta salata
  • radicchio, endive and apple salad with candied walnuts & dates
  • whole-roasted yukon gold potatoes & rosemary
  • spring berry cobbler, buttermilk biscuit topping & mint whipped cream
Oyster Stout and a rotating IPA (yet to be determined) by Hen House Brewing Company
(beer may be purchased by the glass; it is not included in the ticket price)

What:
Beginning with a whole-roasted pig picnic on Tuesday, May 22 (and running with a different theme quarterly–through December), Starbelly Executive Chef Adam Timney will host a series of three patio picnics featuring the season’s best offerings.
When:
Two seatings: 6PM and 8PM
Tickets:
$45 (inclusive of tax and tip)
